• I make everything myself, by hands. Because of this, it can take up to three days to make your item before it's ready to ship.

• All orders are shipped via PostNord with a trackable option, so you can monitor your package's journey.

  • Other Countries: 4-5 business days

Return:

We want you to be completely happy with your leather goods! However, if you wish to return your product you can do so within 15 days of receival. Here's how our return and exchange process works:​​

 

For non-personalized items:

• You can return non-personalized items within 15 days of receival for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Personalized Items:

• ​Because personalized items (e.g., a belt cut to your specific size) are made especially for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
